Why should I use Rubbish Raiders?

How much can I load in the dumpsters?*
As much as you’d like. We do ask that you do not fill the dumpsters beyond the walls of the dumpster. This poses a hazard for the community while transporting an overloaded dumpster.
Are there any Hidden Fees?
At Rubbish Raiders we pride ourselves in transparency. All of our prices and fees are listed above. The only variable which may change the price is the total weight of the load. We include up to 1 ton in dump fees in our pricing. Additional tonnage will be charged at the rate listed above.
What is not allowed in the dumpsters?*
Appliances, Air conditioners, TVs, or Computer Monitors, Hazardous Waste and Materials of any kind, including but not limited to paint, oils, gas, batteries, poisons, laundry detergent, fertilizers, weed killers, bug spray, pool chemicals, aerosols, tires. Dirt and concrete is only permitted with prior approval and must be disclosed before the rental period begins. Etc.
Do I need to be available for Delivery?
We would prefer that there is someone available upon delivery – we will do our best to put the dumpster in a desirable location for the customer, provided the driver can safely maneuver. If no one is available at the requested delivery time, the driver will place the dumpster in the most accessible location.
How should I Pay?
We take cash, company check, or credit and debit cards. We can send you a preliminary invoice with different payment options. Initial payment will be due upon delivery of the dumpster. We will follow up with an additional invoice if the waste is over one ton.
Will the Dumpster cause any damage to my property?
We do our best to carefully deliver and pick up these dumpsters, but they are, of course, very heavy. If you are worried about a specific area of your property where the dumpster will be dropped, we suggest laying down a large piece of plywood. Rubbish Raiders is not responsible for any damages to the surface where a dumpster may be located, but we will do our best to accommodate all needs.
What areas do you service?
We service all of the Inland Empire, Most of Riverside and San Bernardino County. Of course our delivery and pick up fee is included in our pricing for locations within a 20 mile radius of Cherry Valley, CA. If you are outside of this zone, we will add a small fee of $2 Per mile beyond the 20 Mile radius for Drop off and Pick up. This will cover our fuel and transport.
